I have an IBM Thinkpad Lenovo T60. I need to reinstall to factory condition because I lost my supervisor password. Hitting the blue thinkpad button does not give me the option to reinstall and neither does anything in the bios. Any help would certainly be greatly appreciated.

That model originally came with windows XP, Do you really want to restore your T60 with that Operating System?

Reinstalling the operating system won't reset the supervisor password, and without the password it may be difficult to install the OS.

You may have to check with Lenovo.
