    I think there s something wrong with my IE. wheneve i opened it, a CTF loder will pop up and saying that CTF loader has encountered a problem and needs to close. What is wrong with my IE ? and how to fix it? anyone?

    Try this, uninstall IE from the appropriate Add/Remove Programs tab from control panel, then reinstall it. I suspect you have some corrupted files, IE or system wise.
