    AznFlamer,
I have one of those 4 gb portable pen drive (Flash Drive), plus, a full installation of Windows XP is at most 3 GB. It will fit, what matter the most is the benefit: Is it worth it?

@ Pai, you are correct. Windows Xp says it take 1.5 on the box, 2GB if you want to use movie maker. So that would easily fit on a USB drive.

@ the OP, The first thing I would try is plugging in the USB drive. Inserting the Windows Xp cd. Going to "My Computer" and then clicking and dragging "CD drive" over to "USB drive" and see what happens.

Good luck, let us know if it works, K? :)

USB sticks come in 16GB, I bought a few from Wal-Mart.

I also have XP Home/Pro on USB as backup .iso images.
You cannot get XP to boot from a stick like some slackware distros if that is what you want to happen.

Don’t drag-drop onto your stick mind you, it may work but that’s not a good practice imo for moving around OS’s.
