I have bought a copy of Windows 7 32-bit for the £30 student offer from Microsoft,

The key will be sent to me, but can I download 64-bit and use they key for that instead?

    Thanks

    Benjamin

It is believed that the 64bit and 32bit keys will be interchangeable.
