    Hi there, I am not sure where to post my question.
    Feel free to direct me to the correct area:

    The situation: I have a driving school with my wife, here we are planning on switching to digital methods.
    We are going to buy Apple iPads or an android device. 2 in total.

    We already are informed about the sharing possibilities of the email, calendar and contacts.

    Now we would like to have the possibility to add and keep track of the progress of the students. Currently my wife and me are using a paper-checklist where we write letters after each subject:

    X = ok
    / = almost ok
    R = repeat it

    Every time we need to take these paper checklists with us to each student.
    We would like to purchase software, to integrate this task on a iPad or Android based device.

    I am looking for the following:

    1_ Create a checklist for each student
    2_ Fill in 3 or 4 possibilities for each question ( X, / , R etc )
    3_ Most important, share the checklist for each student, just like we will share our calendar etc.

    Looking forward to your suggestions and ideas.
    Thanks yet again.
