My OS is Windows Vista 64 bit Home Premium and I just learned to use the Windows Vista Multilingual User Interface to install new languages onto the system. When I tried to apply the new language in Regional and Language>Keyboards and Language>Display Language, there is no Display Language, it's practically blank. Anybody got any idea on how to let it show up?
