So I have a few videos that I have taken of my cats, I usually use Nero Recode which is part of my Nero Platinum 205 Suite to rotate them as they are shot horizontally with my Glaxy Note 4 but what I just noticed is that after the video is flipped and I save it, the quality is nowhere near as good as the original video.

I did set Nero Recode's profile to high quality but still.

Is there any other program that can do this without losing quality?

Sounds like that program can't adjust properly to the change in video settings. I would advise looking at a more professional program that can do it better. Nero for me after Nero 6 was a total waste of time and money to use and since going to Windows 7 I stopped using Nero as it was more bloatware now then when it was in Nero 6.
