Hi guys, just wondering if it is possible to make chrome scrolling smooth like in android devices.
I mean, using two fingers gesture with touchpads.
I have enabled smooth scrolling feature but it is still laging a lot.
If it is not possible... Why? Laptops should have more performance than smartphones...

Yes, go to chrome://flags , search for Smooth Scrolling and click Enable.
After that, restart Chrome. -

I've noticed on desktop apps that touchpads tend to still be "notch" based, like scrolling through a document is fed to the app as if you are rolling a clicking wheel on a mouse, and it tends to behave that way. It will "notch" down instead of gliding. Even on a pretty fast PC (i7 laptop) it does this. It also seems to ignore the "smooth scrolling" option in Chrome and IE11.
Note that on Windows 8.1, ModernUI apps actually scroll very smoothly. The ModernUI IE scrolls jjust like on a tablet or phone. -
The stock setting in Windows is 3 rows at a time, you can change the number but I don't think you can't turn it off.

Smooth scrolling with chrome works for me, but only if I use the arrows. If I use two fingers gesture for scrolling, there are some kind of screen inconsistence glitches (more likely like we can see in a game with vsync turned off)
How to make Chrome scrolling smooth like butter
