You can't easily reset the password. You would have had to set up a flash drive previously to reset the password, and it would be specific to your password.
    So don't worry about it.

so it means that even when it's appear no one will be able to reset the password or what?
because a wizard appear there to make a restting flash drive , so can i say that no one will be able to make a specialized flash for that from that point?

Yep no need to worry. If someone wants to get on your computer they can easily do it, but its not gonna be through the reset password button :)

no, they can not make one from that point. If you want your computer to be secure, use a bios password to lock the computer and hard drive as well as change the boot order to only hard drive, and have the entire hard drive encrypted. A windows password is not stopping anyone ;) well maybe your grandmother, but not anyone that really wants to get in.

ok , simply my booting and shutting down is very very slow and i just use little programs in start up mode which is essntial for the laptop and even when i shut the computer down it happen slowly
and it is not a virus or some like that because i have a security software and i do an online scan from time to another and the result contain no detected files or viruses
but when i used the safe mode it was really very faaaaaaaaaast

the programs that i use in start up :
    kaspersky
    windows defender
    bluetooth manger
    the sidebar
and some tools from toshiba which is my laptop brand

so i want it to be fast without using the safe mode ,,

The toshiba stuff is probably slowing down your computer. Also, run a defrag. What exactly is starting up though? Post a screen shot of your list please.
