If your comp didn’t come with disks then you’ll either have a recovery partition which will let you restore the OS to the factory installed state (without using any disks), OR DVD images on your hard drive that you can use to make your own recovery/installation disks.

What is your notebook model ?

If you perform a factory system restore you will have all the bloatware again. Get a Vista DVD and do a clean install.
