How can I change the Drive Icon to an icon of my choosing? For example, change the icon of: External Hard Drive (S :), USB Key (E :), USB Key 2 (F :)?

Go into Computer Management, and under the tab "Storage" is Disk Management...there you can right-click a drive/partition and it gives you the option to change the drive letter.

That is very easy. I remembered I used software to do this, but I can't remember what's name of that tool. Search it using google :)
