I just installed the new 9.1.3 Reader and now the menu bar and toolbar keeps showing up. Normally I can hide the toolbar permanently by pressing F8 and the menu bar temporarily by pressing F9, however now both appear every time I open a new document. They take up space and are really annoying since I rarely use them. How do you turn them off completely?
