    It's your modem. I wouldn't worry about it. You can uninstall the modem itself and reinstall. That might fix it.

    See if there's a listing in Add/Remove programs for this Agrere Modem/Message Assistant. If so, remove it, and if you use dial up you can reinstall it. If you don't use dial up, keep it off.

    Hey thanks. Ya i have a wirleess card and will never use dial up. As for the booster link there, to registry booster, is it good? i downloaded it and it scanned my computer and said it has 37 errors that it can fix. Is this registry booster a good program/tool to have?
