What is a good hash check program (for Windows 8) that will let me check hundreds of files at once and then compare them to a copy of those hundreds of files? example:
    HashVerify1_Classic.png

I used HashCheck shell extension for Windows 7 but it doesn't seem to work in Windows 8.

I just installed it in compatibility mode for Windows 7 and it works perfectly.

    Try this one: MD5 Checker

I've used it on several versions of windows with no issues. It's a very easy to use program and only has two files (the exe and a checksum file) so it's portable.
