If anyone can halp I will love you forever..

So for no reason at all firefox has decided to stop loading certain websites,
    Digg, Rlslog.

I fiddled around and figured it had something to do with Javascript.
When javascript is enabled Digg will not load at all however when I turn it off It loads completely fine.

I've been messing around for days trying to fix it, rebooted entire laptop, reinstalled firefox, made a new profile, disabled add-ons, booted firefox in safe mode, asked in the mozilla forums, turned off firewalls.

    Doesn't load in IE either..

    Someone halppp plz

If you can, try opera or chrome so that way we can find out whether it is just a browser problem or something with your internet connection or computer. Because if it doesn't load FireFox or internet explorer it might not be browser related.

I have another question for you what os are you running xp,vista,or 7 this might be helpful to someone who know something about java.

Also I have one thing for you to try go to http://www.sun.com/ click on the java button, click on, Do I have java? If it says you don't download the java installer and install it.

One more thing if you haven't done so run a virus scan and defrag. It probably won't do anything, but doing these two things solve over half of my windows problems problems

Java and Javascript are two different things.

Having the Java runtimes installed will not solve his above related problems.

Best bet is for him to to Firefox's profile manager and build a new profile. That is a start.

Start firefox with the -profilemanager switch. Then start Firefox with the new profile. If that does solve it, it is likely a rogue plugin/whatever.

If that doesn't solve it, well, we got problems.

    edit:

Oops, just saw you've already tried a new profile. This is an odd error. Have you disabled your firewall and Antivirus? Try to keep narrowing down the factors.
