    I need some help. I uninstalled Norton security because I use AVG. Since then, I keep getting an error on my SimplePass. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but I keep getting a Program operations error....restart, blah blah blah. What do I need to do? Any help is greatly appreciated! I miss my SimplePass!!

    Thanks! I had re-installed the software for HP Simplepass, but hadn't thought about re-installing the software for the validity sensor. Seems to be working fine now. Thanks again!
