Hey guys, my mom started getting these weird popups on her computer all of a sudden. I have ccleaner and norton installed on here for her. I just finished with a system restore, and still have the same problem. What can I do about this to get rid of it? They just come up every 5 minutes or so. The images are included below.

It's an exploit in the (useless) messenger service; it could be a virus/spyware or whatever on the computer, or it could be exploited remotely.
    -Go here: https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2
    -click 'proceed'
    -click 'messenger spam
-try spamming yourself; if you get the message, the popups may be being initiated remotely and your computer might not necessarily be infected with anything
-download Shoot The Messenger and disable the messenger service with it.

    After doing the above
I recommend to install ZoneLabs Firewall Pro with Antispyware
    keep the antispyware updated weekly

U will never come across such incidents. beleive me.

In your 1st screenshot it says registry damanged instead of damaged, so there's your clue right there. :D

His registry is probably not damaged, the popup tricks you to go to that site and install its program(read spyware). Fixing the messenger exploit and getting a firewall should fix that for good
