    HELP! My Icons are weird!

    Can anyonen help me fix this? This happened when I started to use Eli's Tweak Guide. I disabled things like Indexing, some startup programs, Restore Point, etc. Pretty much almost everything they said. I also used a few minor tweaks such as remove icon shortcuts froma program called WinBubble.

    This is how my icons look:
