One of my friends has bought a Dell notebook about half year ago. Sometimes, he experiences minor problems - dvd burner refuses to read what was burnt before, TV-out seems to not work all the time, notebook gets overheated and so on. I am wondering, is there a software that can scan a notebook for such glitches in all components. If there are many, which one would you suggest using?

    Thanks.
