    My computer has 1.2Ghz. Can I run a programme that has 1.6 Ghz?

    Edit: Seriously, there is no such thing as a 1.6GHz program.

    He probably means the recommended spec is a 1.6GHz.
    Nevertheless, you should be fine. It may run a little slower, but it'll still run ;)
