    Hi -

When I go to Start --> Run, I used to be able to type in "c:\" and then it would drop down a list of the folders/paths in the c drive. Now that's disappeared, it doesn't show me any list of what the possibilities are.

how do I get it back? I don't remember changing any settings or anything recently. Thanks.

I've already tried enabling in privacy options of start menu properties "Store documents/programs you opened recently".

ahhh...done, kinda. I enabled autocomplete. Now it does just that, but doesn't show a drop down list as I type.
