Is the correct region code set to play DVDs..??

    Goto Device Manager
Click IDE ATA/ATAPI Channel, and check which ATA Channel (1?) supports the ATAPI Cdrom,
and in which mode it is (UDMA 2?)
Does it show any error code..??

yes the region is set correctly and the dvd is the same region, besides when i use x32 it play the dvd work perfectly but in x64 it doesnt even recognize it in the drive, beside it doesnt appear the yellow exclamation, seems to work fine, but when i see the properties it says the driver was loaded properly

Uninstall the ATA 1 Channel (the channel for the ATAPI Cdrom) and restart....So that windows can install it itself. See if that fixes anything....
