    hi,

I am having a problem... the Drivers i download for my newly purchased (at throw away price) Gamepad are not compatible with Vista.. since on the Website they havent mentioned Vista.

The Device is just Cold dead after installing Drivers...

This is the Driver page Here

the Model is TP- U 648

Is it Driver issue or Is the device defective?

Further Symptoms of the problem i am facing are Here

Since there's no drivers for it, it would be a drivers issue.

Have you tried U-503.zip, 807.rar, and also 5618.rar? Since they all list support for U648. And use the XP drivers if it lets you choose, which should be compatible with Vista.

On a side note you might be better off getting a cheap xbox controller and mod it to use on your PC, or you can also find some <$10 ones on dealextreme.
