If people using my computer log on under WINDOWS XP Guest account (their only choice since mine is password locked) they can access the internet, etc, but if they want to print to something, the print job goes to the qeue but quickly gets deleted. I then tried created another account for VISITORS with LIMITED Access since I dont want anyone messing with my files or program settings, and the same thing happens. SONY support advised me to change it to general access, which it then works. But isnt their a war to have limited access on another account, or print with GUEST account access?

I have XP Pro, but I print from my limited account without any problems. I'm not sure why you're unable to print from your limited account.

You could have all your most important files stored in your "My Documents" folder, and then no user besides an administrator would be able to see it. In your case, only you would be able to see it. Other users will get an error if they try to access it.

Give the other user a "limited account" There should not be any printing problem. I have been out of touch with using a "limited account" on Windows XP Professional, but I thought a "limited user" cannot delete or edit anything installed by an administrator, unless they are files relating to the limited user's account. Example would be uninstalling applications, deleting files of another user, etc.
