How can I make it so that Outlook doesn't automatically download attachments from GMail? I have saved some pretty big files on there and I don't really want to make a copy of all of them on my local machine. Thanks!

    There is a way :)

You need to define a send/recieve group (I have a German version of Outlook 07, so translations may be dodgy)

This would allow you to only download the header if an element exceeds a preset size - where you set that size.

I don't know if that is what you need - hope it is...
