what a good start. had my XMG P502 since friday and everything has been sweet until today.
all 3 futuremark benchmarks will now not run and come up wth error messages. ive reinstalled all of them but with no joy.

any idea what this could be?

is there any software not recommended while running a ssd. in other words cleaners like cc cleaner and tune up utilitys 2012

I would try disabling all start up items then running FutureMark - Msconfig - General tab - selective startup - uncheck load startup items.. Then reboot and try FutureMark.
Does your new system have a lot of bloatware installed? BTW that look like a very nice machine! Review Schenker XMG P502 PRO (Clevo P150EM) Notebook - Notebookcheck.net Reviews. And the PCMark results look really good!
I have been using CCleaner since I got my SSD and have not run into any issues, not sure about Tune up 2012.
Here is a closely related issue http://support.futuremark.com/futur...ils_to_run_on_windows_7_64_bit?from_gsfn=true... which leads to the question
Is your .net framework up to date?

Hi Josea and thanks for the reply.
im at work now but will check out all your advice when i get home.
tune up utilitys has many cleanup faciltys and quite a good disable startup programs page.

tbh im not like most people on here that reinstalls os and upgrades thermal paste etc etc. i havnt loaded any drivers at all as everything was loaded on receiving it and everything was running smoothly so i have no idea whats causing all 3 programs to fail.

i must admit ive only tried mw3 and crysis 2 so far but all settings are on ultra and its like playing brand new games compared to my trusted m860tu.

    edit:

just checked and ive had 10 .net framework updates since friday. all different serial numbers. is that normal?

problem solved. it needed the latest patch for all 3 of them and its not openly available or not after my search anyway.
futuremark forum sorted it straight away.
