    Hi,

I will be attending grad school in UCLA. The school requires Vista. However, I recently bought Mac Pro (not impressed. LOL). I am going to use parallel to install VISTA but I heard that there are problems with networking and aero not working correctly in the MAC. Is this correct? Can I run the Vista same way as if I installed it into regular PC and will everything work? Would I be able to install the programs/drivers and stuff that supports vista?

    Thank you,

Lol, sorry I cannot help you as I am unfamiliar with Macs. I just wanted to comment on UCLA requiring Vista. LOL. That's very peculiar, I guess because your going there for Grad school and the software you use are only Vista compatible?

Why don't you use bootcamp instead of parallels?

Agreed, use bootcamp, with that and the provided drivers you wont have any problems whatsoever. I applaud UCLA for requiring vista but i curious about why your Mac Pro hasn't impressed you... Those are pretty awesome machines, with alot of power.
