    My excel 2007 crash on exit. After some googling,i found out that the Bluetooth Add-Ins causes the problem. Here's what others wrote:

    'The way I eliminated the problem was to disable the Bluetooth COM add-in (Send to Bluetooth) within Excel 2007. This is done via the "Add-ins" section of the "Excel Options". By the way, the "Send to Bluetooth" add-in refers to "C:\Windows\system32\btsendto_office.dll", which I believe was produced by/for Broadcom.'

    I tried to disable it but got the msg 'The connected of Office Add-Ins registered in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE cannot be changed'. What does that mean? How to disable it?

    lots of users out there go into registry itself, browse to the relevant key (in ur case something like HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins) and change the value loadbehavior from 3 to 0

    do this at ur own risk

    cheers ...

    Keep it simple:

    => Search your system drive for EXCEL.exe
    => rightclick
    => Run as administrator
    => Continue
    => Office button \ Excel options
    => Add Ins
    => Manage COM Add-Ins
    => Deactivate the "Send to Bluetooth" Add-In
    => done :D

    what error does it exactly give you? Try this:

    Rght click the .xls file > open with > Choose Default program > Rechoose excel 07 again as the default

    The file associations might be screwed

    the message is: " windows cannot find'C:\users\......\xxx.xls'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again."

    it happens for all .xls or xlsx files.

    :(
