    Hello,

Could someone help me out with this please.

The instruction at “oxo1f75f6c” referenced memory at “oxo1f75f6c”. The memory could not be “read”.

Click on OK to terminate the program

It usually appears after I close my internet browser.

    Thanks!

hmm Try Disabling all the browser extension , they may be the cause

Tools> Internet Options> Advanced tab. Uncheck the box: Enable third-party browser extensions

Apply, Ok and OK. Reboot and see if you still have this problem. If it doesn't help, you can recheck it.

Remove any browser helper objects (like tool bars) added by yahoo, google, ASK, MYSpace, AIM, etc.

Check in your event logs to see if there's any more information on the error. From what you posted, it sounds like there's an error in something like a browser add-on that is trying to access memory reserved for executable code, which is a no-no on .Windows and will generate an exception like the one you got.

I disabled it & so far it's doing good.
If the Error pops-up again, I'll let you guys know.

Thanks again for the help ! :)
