    Hey all...

New to the forum & wanted to know if anyone else has had issues using Microsoft Photo Editor in the Vista Home Premium OS.

I was moving photos (.jpg) files from my camera's SD card for viewing on my recently purchased HP PAvillion DV9000. The photo's are viewable thru the Windows Photo Gallery...but 95% of them are unable to be opened for edititing (just wanted to re-size them).

I used the same memory card and created a 2nd copy of the files and tried to edit them on both of my other laptops...HP Pavillion DV8000 (Windows Media Center) and a Dell D620 (Windows XP). When I transfer the files to either of these, all is well with the world.

I don't think that I am looking at a corrupt file problem, as the duplicate copy I put on the SD for transfer was made from the laptop that won't allow editing.

    Thoughts?
