    I have this situation of runtimes. can I delete the older versions that belong to the same year?

    They're most likely there because some softwares installed them as they need them to function. They're best left untouched.

    Indeed, you definitely risk breaking things if you uninstall some of those. There may be some that could be uninstalled, but I wouldn't run the risk. Besides, it's not like those run at startup or anything.
