I like the feature of Dropbox Camera Uploads, but it dumps every jpg on my handheld device to Camera uploads folder including tapatalk thumbnails. Anyone know a way to tell it which folders to check and ignore others?

Nice. That looks like a much better option. It's free to sync one folder, but $3.49 for Pro version. I may invest in Pro version. A lot more configurable.

That's what our IT analyst recommended. He has to deal with multiple departments using a cornucopia of different folders for only 7 iPads.
