    Its missing .... where i can download driver or program what show me how full is battery ;)

    Right click on desktop, Properties. Go to Screen Saver tab, click on power. Go to the Advanced tab, and check the box that says Always Show Icon on the taskbar.
    Should have battery indicator in your tray now.

    Windows should come with a power management utility which allows you to see what % as well as predicted minutes of battery life remaining. Other manufacturers include various things that monitor battery life. What brand is your notebook? You can also consider a 3rd party app, such as NHC.

    There is no such thing as a "battery driver"
