    Downloading Windows XP Pro? What Disk?

    Ok so i am using BitTorrent to download Windows XP Pro and its done downloading but now its seeding (what does seeding even mean?) but after its done seeding, can i burn the files on a cd or dvd to use as an OS for my Alienware laptop or do i need a different kind of disk?
