I called in been bounced around a few time. When I combine the total hold times with my cell and land line, I've been on hold over 2 hours and I have made no progress, this is hilarious. I am going for principle now just to see if anyone gets the phone.

Maybe just bad luck? My recent Microsoft support experience was great. I had problems with my Microsoft wireless keyboard's bluetooth and the support guy seems to know what he was doing. Much more knowledgeable than Dell's support. The guy even called back a few days after to make sure everything was fine.

It's not bad luck..when I didn't get any solutions here for my wireless problem I called Microsoft as well. I spent 3 hours on the iPhone with them....3 hours of my life that I'll probably never get back....

Absolutely disgusting really....it's things like that which will give Apple more marketshare and justify their mac vs pc commercials...

If you called your wife from your girlfriend's house what would you expect to happen?

Ice Cold, what exactly did you call for originally? Microsoft has different departments for different issues, some of which are busier than others.

ive had very good customer support from microsoft.

its silly of you to blame them when theyve just launched one of the biggest products in their history and are likely swamped with calls from people like you.
