The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Does anyone have similar question with Kaspersky?

    The internet age we live in is the need 4 constant protection(if you can, examine the firewall log 4 your system, and you're likely to be stunned by the number of intrusion attempts made by trojans and other nasties), i heard majority of them:Norton,McAfee,TrendMicro,Panda,ZoneAlarm,Windows Live Onecare and more...And i use Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 3-user.It seems Okay but there is a very noticeable and sometimes frustrating slow down in the time it takes to load a page when Kaspersky is running.I haven't been able to find a reason behind this or a solution.

    Are you using FF? If you are, go into about:config and disable http pipelining.
