I'm just curious if anyone knows if I will actually get a reinstallable CD of MSOffice 2003 Small Business if I fork over the $279 to buy it "preloaded" on my notebook - I'm considering buying it for a Dell E1505. I was hoping my IT guy at work could just piggyback my new laptop with our current firm's license, but he said "no can do" due to licensing issues with MSOffice 2003. So..if anyone knows, please do tell and thanks for your time.

I'm pretty certain you do, at least I did last time I ordered a Dell, but it's been a while.
