I am getting this error on my tray with the little yellow triangle with the exclamation point.

Could it be related to using Chrome Developer version?

I have an Intel integrated video card.

Well, the problem is related to your video driver crashing and windows reloading it. You need to find the source of the crash, could be the driver itself or something else.

What tijo said. It's possible that Chrome is prompting the crash, but no matter what Chrome does, your video driver is not supposed to crash. First thing would be to try and see if you can update your video driver.

I had that issue on my laptop running a Nvidia GPU and it was a driver issue when watching FMV within a browser. I upgraded to a different Nvidia driver and the problem has never come back.

Can't say for sure, but Chrome might be the culprit.

I have been using IE9 for the whole day.

    No video card crashes.

It probably is the Developer version causing it.

    Knock on wood.

I am using regular Chrome instead of Developer version, and everything is OK.

I was also having a problem with the middle mouse button working on the Developer Version. That problem went away as well.

I would like to use the Developer Version, because it did seem slightly faster.

If anyone has any suggestions how to get the Developer Version running ok, then I will listen.
