    Every time I check my disk cleanup that windows error report thing is there and it accumulates pretty fast I believe.
    I don't recall that being there in the past. Is this normal or is something causing errors on my pc?

    Um...right.....

    It is fairly normal for that to happen. If you ever have to force a program to close or diagnose a problem (i.e. Network) then it will take note of it. If you want to to see what errors windows is detecting you could go to:
    Control panel>>System and Maintanence>>Problem Reports and Solutions.

    Most of mine, for example, are network problems (because of the campus I'm on)
