    Disk Check Not Working Correctly

    I've tried to do a disk check as a regular "mantience" thing on my computer. But when I set it to do the disk check when you reboot your notebook, I get the following message:

    "Disk drive not directly connected. Cannot contiune with disk check."

    Does anybody know what's wrong? My computer used to run diskchecks fine up until now.
