    could not find any in PC setting to prevent Metro apps like News, Facebook.....from using my internetbandwidth!!!

    Disable live tiles, auto sync, check the in app settings as well as the Windows settings. If you are on a cell connection, make sure that they are set to not sync over metered connection. I don't see why you would want them to not sync over a regular internet connection, I've never seen them use what I would consider a "relevant" amount of data or bandwidth.

    yup am using mobile internet bec. recently moving and do not want to re-install them again.
    Skydrive or microsoft account do not use it already!
    Facebook keep showing messages or News .....
