    Hopelessly i couldn't make my only account as administrator after plenty google search...............

    after installation of W7 RC having problem to make my only account as administrator. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

    N.B
    i do not want ((net user administrator /active:yes)) to make another administrator account......

    think my main account should be administrator !!!!!

    think another problem related to this which is when i share something on my local network the other computer see it but can not access it even after changing many setting!!!!!!!! what do you think guys? :confused:

    By default the first and only account you create is automatically given Administrator rights...AFAIK.

    What is exactly the issue here? Is your comp belonging to a network?

    some ordinary windows tasks (ex. install,copy......) need to be administrator ....

    this is my notebook and never had this issue with vista nor pre W7 7100 RC,
    it only happened with W7 RC .........

    Am really getting nervous after 2 weeks search for solution........

    Did you trying doing/running these said tasks by right clicking the install files and choosing "Run as administrator"? :confused:

    Right click the my Computer on the Start Menu and select Manage. Under Local Users and Groups select Users and locate your user account. Right click it and select Properties; Under Member Of if Administrators is not in the list add it and click Ok.

    As I said before you really shouldn't be having these issues because by Default the first user account created is giving Administrator privileges.
