    Weirdest problem i've seen.
Haven't done a search because i couldn't of a way to put it in search terms ;)

I boot into Win7 and start internet explorer for instance. iexplorer start and opens my homepage. When i try to click anything the window blocks, buttons don't show any reaction when i hover over them also. Whatever type of window i open they switch to not-active when i click anything. The shadow around the window disappears like there's actually another window in front of it.
The thing that puzzles me most is that i already tried restoring a working system image but the issue was still there! If i don't use my mouse but use my keyboard to navigate and select and such all is fine.

Has anyone ever seen something like this?

The problem must have been there in the background since your system image. I suggest doing a Win. 7 Repair.
