I'm trying to customize the desktop theme. I've done this before by adding the "take ownership" tab and doing it that way. Since I have a new hard drive, trying the "take ownership" tab doesn't work at all. Double clicking on the .reg file gives an error saying the registry can't be accessed. I've also tried the long way, by right clicking each of the files and going to properties and security advance, then owner, but when I click edit, it only shows the administrators and not the users. Is there any other way to take control of the 3 files?

Themes are working now, I just right click the files gave myself (regular profile) full permissions, instead of going to the advance tab. Now when I right click those files I don't have to be an administrator to change the permissions. Does it matter if it's like that or will it be a problem?
