    Compatibility isssue with ZEN Micro Photo

    I recently obtainated a ZEN Micro Photo from a friend who bought an Ipod. When I plugged it into my desktop, self built, (running XP PRO) it installed itself with no problems. When i plugged it into my laptop, a Dell Latitude D620, (also XP PRO) it will not find the driver and i have looked all over the web for one. The only difference i can think of is that my desktop has a Creative Audigy sound card. Could it be that the ZEN is incompatible with software on my laptop? If not, where might I find a driver that will work?

    Try using WMP with it, sometimes it can find those drivers.
