    Running VISTA HP.
If I am on a web page... such as this now... and I press the scroll wheel the symbol with two up/down arrows appears and moving the mouse causes the page to scroll. All OK and as it should be.
BUT... I am sure that same function worked on Windows documents, WORKS, NOTEPAD etc and it doesn't. Am I imagining that or should it ? and if so any ideas.

Doesn't work on anything there. Sure it used too.
Interesting that it doesn't work in notepad though... maybe I am imagining it !
