Can the code work to install an English language Windows 7 Pro just fine even if on the COA it says "Windows 7 Pro OA China?"

Yes, the license is independent of the language of the OS as well as version (32/64 Bit). You just need to match the line (HP, Pro, Ult). You can only run a single instance of the OS using the license at anytime.

Perfect, thanks. The COA's come with a disk and are manufacturer specific so I was just curious. Thanks!

I can confirm this, I usually scrap the French OEM version on laptops I buy for the English one with the COA on the OEM sticker.
