Is there a way to change the color scheme in Onenote?

The baby blue color is acid to my eyes...

such option doesn't exist in the Onenote options.

    Are there any other methods?

Settings in other Office apps doesn't seem to affect Onenote.

Word and Outlook is in black, but Onenote still is that horrible vista baby blue...
