    Hey guys.

Got a little question. Is it possible to change the color of the vista task bar on the bottom of the screen? i know you can change individual window colors but im not sure about the taskbar. I kind of want to change it to a more apple like "bright white" color since i kinda of dislike the dark coloring on it.

i know in xp you could dl a file that would override xp's default shell program hence allowing u to run a personalized skin, is that available in vista?

I think if you change a theme or go custimize it thats part of what you can change.

Yes, you can. In fact, when you change the window color, it also changes the taskbar color. Right-click on your desktop and click Personalize. Click Window Color and Appearance. Then, just choose whichever color suits you best.
