    Is there anyway to change the "blue" outline colour of the windows? without using windows blinds etc in vista. I want grey/black. (Aero Off)

    I don't know how Vista works, but that's the 3D effects setting in XP/2K. It's probably something similar, if you can get into the settings somehow. Someone with Vista have any better information?

    I think you may be stuck. Windows really isn't that great at letting you customize your interface without 3rd party tools.
